Why Ordering Samples is Crucial for Startups

We don't just offer samples as an option—we strongly recommend them. Requesting physical samples allows your brand to complete three vital checks:

• Compatibility Testing: As outlined in our Compatibility Guide, you need physical bottles to run stability tests at 40°C to ensure your formula doesn't cause panelling, discolouration, or leaking. Ideally, your product formulator or manufacturer should conduct these stability tests for you. If they lack the facilities to do so, it may be worth reconsidering if they are the right long-term partner for your brand. In the meantime, the team at Ant Packaging can step in to assist you with the necessary testing protocols to keep your launch on track.

• Aesthetic and Sizing Verification: See exactly how your product looks inside our crystal-clear PET, robust HDPE bottles or their recycled counterparts. This step is vital for your graphic designer to measure the physical dimensions for your label print runs.

• Functional Testing: Test how your liquid flows through our flip-tops, lotion pumps, or atomisers. A formula that is too thick won't pump correctly, and a formula that is too thin might leak through a standard flip-top. Physical testing removes the guesswork.

“Can I get samples of closures (caps, pumps, sprays) as well as bottles?”

“How long does shipping take for samples?”
